Flexibility:
Our stretching program is an integral part of every
TNT workout, ensuring that you don't go for high kicks
or any other difficult movement without fully and properly
warming up. Safety is one of our main concerns.
Your Endurance:
TNT training sessions are rigorous, developing your
endurance on a variety of levels, but without the need
for spending hours at the gym. The average TNT training
session lasts no more than 45 minutes from beginning
to end!
Your
Muscular Strength:
After just one TNT workout, you'll realize that you
were using muscles that you'd never used before. With
regular workouts, you'll clearly feel increased strength
in your entire body. Yet don't be fooled… Muscular
strength is not a pre-requisite to TNT training!
